What Are Y'all About?

 At Zoomy Care Co., we’re all about helping your pets live their happiest, healthiest, zoomiest lives. We create clean, safe wellness products — no nasty chemicals, no cruelty, just stuff you can feel good about giving to your furry friend. We’re pet parents too, so we totally get it: you want products that work, that look good on your shelf, and that keep those tails wagging and whiskers twitching. We’re here to make that easy (and cute).

Zoomy Care Company and it's owners are located in the United States. Our suppliers and partners are also located in the United States. All products are shipped from the United States.

What Makes Zoomy Care Company Different?

We actually care. Like, really care. I say that as one of the co-owners currently writing this on my laptop - not a bot or some template website dialog. Our products are clean, cruelty-free, and made with ingredients we’d give to our own pets (because we do). No sketchy chemicals, no fluff — just high-quality wellness stuff your pet will love. Plus, we’re here to make your pet’s wellness shelf as cute as your skincare shelf.

All of our products follow the strict rules of what we call the Zoomy Standard. A system we implement so no matter what product you buy from us, you know that you do not need to worry about what you are giving your pet.

When Will I Get My Stuff?

Shipping

  • We ship Zoomy goodness straight from our partner facility to your door. Orders usually take 2-5 business days to process and 5-12 business days for delivery (depending on where you’re located in the U.S.).
  • Delivery times might vary just a little — but we’ll always keep you in the loop with tracking info.
  • Right now, we ship across the U.S. only. (But stay tuned — we’re hoping to go global soon!)

Returns & Refunds

  • We want you (and your pets!) to be totally happy. If your order arrives damaged, or something’s wrong, email us at support@zoomycareco.com within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right.
  • Because our products are made-to-order just for you, we can’t accept returns for things like “change of mind” or opened supplements. But if there’s a mistake or issue, we promise we’ll sort it out fast!
